The twentieth century became the century of the scientific revolution. Technologies changed the means of production. This was due to the development of science and technology. This had several consequences. First, the requirements for workers have increased. They began to require great knowledge, as well as understanding of new technological processes. Secondly, the share of intellectual workers, scientific workers has increased. Thirdly, it gave rise to the belief in the ability of science to solve the problems of mankind and improve the quality of life.

Today, science plays an important role in modern society. The level of development of science can serve as one of the main indicators of the development of society, as well as an indicator of the economic, cultural, civilized, educated modern development of the state.

The growing role of science in public life has given rise to its special status in contemporary culture and education. The problem of the features of scientific cognition and its correlation with other forms of cognitive activity is sharply posed. The achievements of science affect the educational process, the content of programs, textbooks, technology, forms and methods of teaching. Leading role here belongs to the pedagogical science. This is done through cultural activities and the educational system.

In the process of functioning and development of society a rather important role is played by the social institute of education. Maintenance of the achieved level of cultural development, its further improvement is impossible without mastering the cultural heritage of the past. This problem is solved in the process of socialization of individuals, whose task is to familiarize the individual with the norms and values of culture and make him a full member of society. An essential component of the process of socialization of individuals is education, i.e. training a person in order to transfer accumulated knowledge and values.

The education system becomes a key factor in the social process. The task of education is to strengthen the material and technical base on the basis of new information technologies and humanize the educational process. The most significant

The modern specialist should be prepared in such a way that he is always ready to go foot in step with the process of science and technology, his education should bring up in him the ability to intellectual creativity and to the intellectual perception made by others. It can be said that science is something that can be taught or learned, that is, transfer knowledge or skills or add knowledge yourself. The educational process is the process of transferring and gaining knowledge and skills. In order for the process of the extraction of knowledge to proceed, an appropriate atmosphere is necessary, the atmosphere of intellectual personal learning in the chain is a pupil-teacher, student-student, teacher-teacher [2].

Modern society needs educated, moral, enterprising people who are able to take responsible decisions independently in the situation of choice, mobile, dynamic, constructive specialists, must have a developed sense of responsibility. To achieve this goal, we need not only to update the content and technology of education, but also to train a teacher who is able to solve these complex social and pedagogical tasks. Satisfaction of these needs of society requires a modern teacher of high culture, deep morality, a formed system of values and beliefs of the civil position, the teacher's interest in developing the scientific potential of his students, the ability to innovate, self-improvement and professional activity. One of the main tasks is the formation of a professionally competent specialist. One of the important ways to manage the quality of teacher training is to implement a competence approach to modernizing the content of education. The competence approach means the gradual reorientation of the dominant educational paradigm with the predominant translation of knowledge, the formation of skills to create conditions for mastering a complex of competences that signify the teacher's potential, the ability to self-actualize in a multifactorial socio-political, market-economical, informative and communicative rich space.

Today the problem of increasing the level of professional competence of the future teacher, able to freely and actively think about modeling the educational process, to implement new ideas and technologies of education is urgent. This allows the teacher, firstly, to positively influence the formation of the creative abilities of students in the process of teaching and educational work; secondly to achieve the best results in their professional activities; thirdly, to realize their own professional opportunities. [1].

The formation of the professional competence of the teacher is carried out through the content of education, which includes not only the list of subjects, but also the professional skills that are formed in the process of mastering an object through the active position of the teacher, political and cultural life. All this in a complex forms and develops the personality of the teacher in such a way that she has the methods of self-development and self-improvement, which would ensure the teacher effective functioning as a subject-professional in the «person-person» system. [1].

Using the Internet as tools self-education has many advantages over traditional forms of professional self-improvement of teachers, in particular teachers of a foreign language:

‒ a large selection of a large selection of image;

‒ the intellectual nature of a significant part of virtual educational services guarantees feedback for teachers engaged in self-education;

‒ unique opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experience. The listed advantages can be assessed only by learning how to work on the Internet, i.e. find the necessary resources and use them in self-education. In the current conditions of education, special attention must be given to building a class. Any lesson should be oriented, designed, instrumented, and then executed, analyzed, evaluated. Consider the stages of the training sessions from the standpoint of their scientific organization.

Organization of educational material is, first of all, a didactic and methodical task. The organizational aspect of it is that already in the process of preparing for each topic were introduced: a) a system of concepts, regularities, subject to compulsory assimilation, b) a system of facts, arguments, proofs necessary for deep comprehension, c) a system of practical actions that develops the necessary skills of the ability to establish a connection between science and practice and life. The scientific organization of the material at once with whole blocks that make up the structure of knowledge facilitates their perception and memorization, allows students from a mass of information and highlight the main, to form a system of knowledge. This organization of the educational process involves the development and use of computer programs. Programs can be divided into four levels. The first level is a program containing question-answer presentations of educational material. The second level is a program that allows students to choose the right answer from several suggested ones. The third level is a program that requires the learner to develop a freely-constructed answer to the questions posed and enter them into the computer. The fourth level is a program for those who want to learn «excellent». The use of computer programs in class allows you to save time. Given these merits, the teacher must master these technologies and actively introduce them into the educational process. [2].

The professional activity of the teacher is inadequate if it is built only on the reproduction of once-learned methods of work. It is necessary to use methods to achieve higher educational outcomes and methods that contribute to the development of the personality of the teacher himself. The teacher, who is in constant search, achieves higher levels of pedagogical skill, professionalism much faster.
