The socio-economic changes and informational development of the entire world community require a revision of the established traditional education system. This trend manifests itself in the form of contradictions between the need for a person to master new areas of knowledge and the difficulties of their full development. In this regard, the issues of the development of domestic education in the context of integration into the global educational space, the development of creative thinking, the introduction of scientific achievements in accordance with their need, and the creation of an opportunity to turn a student into a subject of his own activity are relevant. After all, only a specialist with quality education can become an active participant in the economic, social and cultural development of society.

Actual issues of the educational policy of our republic are the improvement of professional training of specialists, a radical update of the scientific and methodological education system, improvement of forms and methods of training, narrowing the gap between the real level of training of specialists and the needs of employers, ensuring the continuity of education, analysis of foreign experience in education.

Therefore, the complex and important issue of higher education pedagogy is the optimization of the training of future specialists, the development of professional qualifications, the creation of a new vocational guidance system, and the training of competent specialists. To train such personnel, an intensification of the educational process and the development of new forms and methods of training are needed.

The activation of the educational process is understood as the construction of such training, which involves the organization of the educational process on a scientific basis, the creation of conditions for creative thinking, research work of students, forms an interest in their future specialty, etc.

The use of information technology in the formation of the competencies of future specialists is one of the main requirements set for educational institutions in the development of the information society. The information society requires specialists who can quickly adapt to changes in the content of labor, are able to master new knowledge, master new skills in a short time.

The improvement of the educational process is associated with the informatization of education and the effective implementation of special methods and techniques in the educational process. An important element in the formation of professional competencies of a student is information technology. Information technology refers to modern equipment and systems that allow you to manage information processes. The authors consider the effective use of various teaching methods, including interactive methods.

The State Program for the Development of Education of the Republic states that upon completion of studies, students should have the following competencies:

– willingness to assume responsibility for their homeland on the basis of traditional ideas and their own formation of independence;

– readiness for cognitive actions from a position of independence;

– willingness to solve problems;

– willingness to effectively use information and communication technologies at the user level;

– readiness for interpersonal oral and written relationships (in the Uzbek, Russian and English languages);

– readiness for joint social partnership;

– own development, progress, readiness for implementation.

Training in accordance with the new requirements for the training of future specialists necessitates the use of interactive methods.

The educational process at all levels should be based on the independent implementation of active actions by the students themselves. The acceptance by the higher school of the principles of the Bologna process requires the transformation of interactive learning into the basic principle of the educational process.

In the era of information technology, a specialist should be a creative person who has mastered the basics of computer technology, freely using the capabilities of new technologies, able to independently conduct research work and carry out a diagnostic analysis of his work. For this reason, it is especially important for the modern education system to use pedagogical innovations and to use interactive methods effectively and correctly in the educational process. Pedagogical innovations, interactive methods in order to ensure the expressiveness of the development of the student as an individual take as a basis advantages in the framework of standards.

In this regard, among the requirements for a university teacher, the ability to work in new conditions, the effective use of interactive methods, the ability to correctly convey one’s thought, prove one’s point of view and debate stand out.

The success of the educational process of students is ensured by the implementation of:

– interactive methods;

– The relationship between teachers and students through partnership and cooperation.

Given these features, the urgent issue of today is the preparation of future teachers, taking into account the requirements of the present. The paradigm of education at the world level requires the focus of education on the result, the focus of training on the personality of the student, the construction of teaching methods based on interpersonal relationships.

Due to the fact that our country has chosen a democratic path of development, the role of society in decision-making is increasing. In this direction, methods to increase student activity are called interactive. These methods, seemingly simple in appearance, have their own characteristics and difficulties.

Interactive teaching methods based on interpersonal relationships satisfy the paradigm of modern education aimed at “personality development”. At the same time, interactive methods not only form the activity of perception and personal significance in learning, but also develop them.

The difference between interactive teaching methods and traditional teaching methods is the use of life experience, the disclosure of personal and professional abilities through the analysis and systematization of information.

Through interactive methods, students master the following knowledge, qualifications, skills and abilities:

– the development of critical thinking, reflective abilities;

– analysis and evaluation of their ideas and actions;

– independent understanding, comprehensive analysis and the ability to select information;

– independent formation of new knowledge;

– Participation in discussions, defending one’s opinion;

– decision making and solving complex issues.

Therefore, in the process of interactive learning, students should be prepared for the following actions:

– teamwork;

– activity from the standpoint of perception, communication and sociality.

In the process of interactive learning, the student learns to formulate his opinion, correctly convey his thoughts, substantiate his opinion, lead a discussion, listen to others, respect and reckon with other opinions and points of view.

Types of work in interactive learning:

– joint work (in pairs, groups and teams);

– role and business games, discussions;

– work with various sources of information (books, lectures, the Internet, documents, museums);

– presentations; trainings; interview; polls, etc.
