In this involved 1067 students from 5 districts of capital city. Orkhon and Selenge province 529 of all respondents were boys and 538 respondents were girls it sorted by class.60 students studied in 7^th class, 157 students in 6^th class, 215 students in 9^th class, 2346 students in 10^th class, 109 students in 11t class, and 203 students in 12^th grade. 37 % of the respondents in the survey said that they knew well and only 4 % had never heard about drugs. It was found that 96 % of all students have a general leave of knowledge have a general level of knowledge about drugs. In addition 28 % of students answered that they received information about drugs from TV, movies.27 % from the media, 10 % from family, 12 % received information about drugs from friends. Thus it shows that internet television is a source of information about drugs. Although the secondary school curriculum contains Health course provided from 2004 to 2015 as an independent subjects, teaches about the subsequent use of narcotic drugs and psychoactive substances that are associated with lack of information in conclusion, it is necessary to change the method of teaching, make changes to the curriculum as well as specially prepare information on drugs and it is narcotic drugs and psychoactive substances.

This survey involved total 607 children of capital,400 students are locality’s children to capital’s students are 286 boys, 321 girl, locality’s students are 242 boys 217 girl.

Who use this drugs? Do you know? 3–4 children said that we saw students who smell gas and toot. but other children said we haven’t seen. Why children use this narcotic and drug? This question many students answered; We curious, some children said we imitate addict and other students said because we calm besides, many students use narcotic and drugs.When they are fainting.

Did you involved training by safeguard from drugs? Respondents 10 children said may be ago 10 years but I forgot it. So 3 children said we involved this training.

Where do you know information about damage and loss?. This question they answered that we knew from internet and TV.

What is the damage? They answered that it is poisonous, psychoactive, and drug.

What should you do prevent narcotic and drugs?. They answered that we need to choose right friend manage yourself, extraneity from addict, and reveal smuggling dope. But one student answered: I was doing other thing when they had use narcotic and drugs.

Who and what should be done damage of drug? They answered: you need to keep secret where grows it, you need to see dangerous video about it. Free survey and arrest smuggling dope, delete narcotic and drugs and survey of drug must be interesting.

2.1. Survey of people

This survey include drugs, narcotic,condition between addict their knowledge, damage, and attitude.We chose following people.Whereat: Criminal who use narcotic and drugs.

They are 78 % is man, 10 % percent is women total respondents 89 percent are Mongolian 66 % of respondents have family, 66 % separated, 23.1 percent haven’t married, 23 people have 1–4 children.

2.2. Education of Respondents

30 of Respondents have higher education and specialized secondary education, 55 % percent are lowbrow but people have higher education are user than people have specialized secondary school.

They use following types that 3.3 % are 1 type, 25 % is 1–2 types, 10 %is 3 types, 6.6 % is more 4 types and most respondents are 91.5 % use ice, and LSD or 9.8 % is mud, 23 % is eckstazi, 9.9 % is cannabis,3.3 % is ketamin, 6.6 %is cocaine, magic is 3.3 % moloko is 3.3 % seduksin is 3.3 %.

3. Conclusion

Condition of respondents criminal Who use narcotic and drugs checkable people’s 85 % is less 35 age criminal’s middle age is 25 or 30 %.The people have used narcotic and drugs first. 16–25 age it engaged 56 % but Maybe it won’t decline. Because the children haven’t knowledge about narcotic and drugs. We need to introduce about damage of narcotic and drugs imitate others. So Training of citizen haven’t processed in our Mongolia.

93.4 % of respondents improved between friendly family. 30 % respondents have upscale life. So it is unconnected addict. The economy ability of finance position in society aren’t affect addict. It is connected type of drugs and smuggling dope and don’t control your income. So price of drugs and narcotic is cheap many type synthetic reactant, are trade by smuggling dope. And laboratory that to gaily type of this reactant will be start up. Where do you live? It isn’t unconnected this using. Most addict or 93 % buy drugs from personnel, 6.6 % they gather up it. They answered. So the narcotic and drugs are fullness in our Mongolia. Respondents 33 % is 1 type, 67 % 2–8 types drink, intake, smell, and inject narcotic and drugs.

71 % Most addict use ice, and LSD. other addict 23 % use clay,23 % ecstasy,9.9 % and grass 3.3 % it is indicator that type of reactant have added in our Mongolia. Their said we know 40 addict But total addict’s number is 1140 Respondents use this reactant with their friends because they influenced by others and 90 % addict buy drugs from friends and close person so they get information about narcotic and drugs from friends or media TV, internet. They get wrong information. And 60 % they said we know about damage of narcotic and drugs vey well. So 82 % addict said you need to raise younger’s knowledge or damage of drugs 84 % the people body was sick after used drugs. The drugs are psychopathy, hallucination, and 33 % people became forgetfull,32 % people became lose weight. The narcotic and drugs Smuggling dope are new problem and close in our Mongolia.therefore during to survey difficult that we chose 30 criminal who use narcotic and addicts criminal’s number slumped according 201–07–2017 attachment criminal, law, and decision. 50 % or 15 addict released according law and addict’s number decreased by according it and we needn’t to subdivide criminal. We aimed that to determined real condition, count plan’s level by this survey.

We comparative Mongolian law, policy of punishment than Russian china Chinese law policy of punishment. Respondents 37 % haven’t listened about narcotic and drugs 41 % listened sometimes, 18 % listened usually, 41 % listened never. So Student’s 96 % have any information about narcotic drugs. The student’s 28 % rake out about narcotic and drugs information from TV and cinema, 27 % listened from interned 15 % newspaper 10 % Family, relatives 12 % friend But 4 % wasn’t raking out about information it. Information of narcotic and drugs happen universal from internet, TV and cinema 13 % use for once 2 % sometimes 11 % many times use. Therefore using narcotic and drugs have been appearing between younger.

Do anyone advice you about narcotic and drugs damage? Student answered that 46 % answered a lot of 25 % sometimes 17 % once or twice, but 12 % never. So student 28 % watched about narcotic drugs damage from internet 31 % studied by lesson 19 % we don’t know about damage of drugs. 14 % studied form friend and relatives 6 % studied own.
