The great attention paid by the leader of the country to the comprehensive development of the national economic sectors and the specific tasks he sets for the sectors are a clear path for the prosperity of the economy in the future.
The positive neutrality and «Open Doors» policy successfully implemented under the leadership of the Turkmen leader is recognized by the world community. This applies to all areas of life, first of all, to the economy, because the level of economic development of the country determines the overall level of development of the country. It is well known that the level of economy of any industrialized country in the world is determined by the development of microelectronics, computer technologies and computerization of society.
Of course, the development of the national economy at such a pace requires attention and effective work in market relations. Achieving high results in market relations can be solved only by a correct and complete understanding of the market system, high-quality and efficient performance of market-oriented work.
The competitiveness of the products produced in the manufacturing enterprises of Turkmenistan is increasing day by day, and the demand for them is increasing in the domestic and foreign markets. Many of our goods labeled «made in Turkmenistan» find their place in foreign markets as temporary goods. In order to act in such a situation, there is a need to set up marketing activities in the context of market relations.
Improper execution of the resulting buying action, i.e. trading execution, can lead to lower results. That is why it is imperative for every business and industry leader to address marketing. Of course, the period of transition to a market economy of our state has a unique feature, that is, the system of our markets is fundamentally different from other foreign markets. Accordingly, in our case, a special way of working with the market should be chosen. In this regard, it should be taken into account that, when implementing Marketing work, consideration of our nationality, cultural, historical, economic, political, climatic conditions and morals of our people is one of the main requirements of market participants.
It is not an easy task to produce products that meet international standards, but it is also very difficult to compete in the world market, to overcome it, and to find a buyer (market place) for those goods. In this regard, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan notes the need for comprehensive analysis of the world's consumer and commodity markets, based on modern marketing.
In the context of market relations, the establishment of a Marketing Department in enterprises that produce products, perform various services, and so on, with the help of which, collecting various types of marketing data and systematically analyzing the collected data is one of the mandatory tasks.
In market conditions, in all sectors of the public economy, including private enterprises, great attention is paid to marketing information, information is one of the most valuable resources in economic management. Based on the analysis of organized marketing data, enterprises establish their production, produce high-quality products, perform services, sell manufactured products, increase their income, benefit and achieve other financial and economic results.
The emergence of marketing activities in Turkmenistan has unique characteristics. Although the concept of marketing is presented as one of the foreign business practices that originated at the beginning of the 20th century, it has been known to our people since ancient times.
We all know that in ancient times, the famous eastern markets of Central Asia were centered on the Silk Road. Our ancestors participated in those markets with their own products and introduced their experience to the methods of working with the market. Dealing with the market is marketing itself.
Today, the main direction of every economic activity should be aimed at achieving high results. Therefore, marketing departments have been opened and operationalized in many of our industries. Whether it's a consumer or a producer, learning how to market our people will enable them to behave effectively in the marketplace. During the happy period of the stable state, the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan is conducting a visionary language policy. The country's rapidly developing fundamental and multifaceted politics, economy, and culture have a positive effect on the successful implementation of the language policy.
The emergence of new conditions of economic management, the transition of enterprises to new economic management methods, requires the preparation of a new type of economist who can handle his profession, use resources efficiently, independently solve economic problems and prove the correctness of the adopted solutions. The concept of entrepreneurship is multifaceted and is understood as a combination of several concepts. One of these concepts is the ability to speak foreign languages. A modern professional who does not know foreign languages cannot solve problems related to international cooperation. After all, knowing foreign languages provides ample opportunities to conduct international negotiations in accordance with the requirements and to study the best world practices. In this regard, language education is one of the priority areas. The goal of teaching foreign languages is to prepare international level specialists who can cope with the latest technologies, are aware of the achievements in science and technology, and are able to develop intercultural dialogue [1].
Today, the main condition for improving the quality of education is the harmonious combination of traditional education with the use of advanced technologies. The goal of the education system in Turkmenistan is to train highly educated, broad-minded, professionally trained, capable specialists who can freely use the achievements of scientific and technical development. The use of computers, electronic information, textbooks in subjects allows to improve the quality of the educational process. Nowadays, it is necessary for teachers to use effective methods, paying particular attention to the individual skills of students. Paying attention to the skills of each student has positive results, that is, it increases their activity in the class and increases their enthusiasm for learning. The new organization of the lesson, in contrast to the traditional methods, helps the student to be in the main position and acquire knowledge independently. In this case, the teacher acts as an active assistant, and his main task is to achieve results by properly organizing the study.
Introducing the achievements of science and technology into the economy, activating all the possibilities of society — this is the current development strategy of our country. Graduates of higher education institutions and young economists have a great role in its implementation. To prepare such specialists, first of all, to understand the specialized literature published today; secondly, to use the Internet, where information is provided mainly in foreign languages, requires deep learning of Russian, English and other foreign languages.
